Bruce M. Bumgardner, Pastor

Bruce received a Th.M. from Dallas Theological Seminary in 1997. He is an adjunct instructor for the College of Biblical Studies. Bruce is a regular speaker at pastors' conferences and has taught in numerous locations throughout the United States and in many countries around the world.

Bruce has been the pastor of Pine Valley Bible Church since its inception in 1994. Bruce and his wife, Cyndy, have been married since 1984; they have three children: Marcia, Bruce, Jr., and David.

Deacons

The term "deacon" is derived from the Greek word diakonos, which is usually translated "servant" or "minister." The deacons are elected and authorized by the church members to serve the church in various ways, but primarily to assist the pastors with their ministries and help meet the physical needs of the congregation.
